Kay Goodman (left) and Nancy Boyd (right) founded City House in 1988. They were employees of Plano ISD who noticed a consistent problem: youth with needs not being met. Beyond just noticing, they decided to do something about it. Their vision began as a six bed shelter. Today, we are a 48-bed multi-faceted agency.
